Shipping Policy

At Mia Bella Beauty, we want you to receive your order quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below.

 

📦 Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once it has shipped. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

 

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We currently ship within the United States. (International shipping options may be added in the future.) Delivery times depend on the carrier but typically take 3–7 business days after processing.

📍 Tracking Your Order: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

❗ Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages: Mia Bella Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your order is marked as “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

 

💕 Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at miabellabeautyllc@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the product/package. We’ll make it right!

 

📬 Shipping Holidays: We do not process or ship orders on major U.S. holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed the next business day.
